Check to make sure nothing else is listening on port 110

    /usr/sbin/lsof -n |grep 110|grep LISTEN

That process is okay, it's listening on port 9110 :)

When my Fedora server was first setup, dovecot was running and wasn't allowing cppop to start. Killed dovecot and all has been humming along.

I can't find any evidence of dovecot on the box at all, it's not a new box, had it a few weeks and cppop has been running up until yesterday
