cpsrvd failed during /scripts/upcp

I get an "cpsrvd failed @ Fri Oct 13 05:29:08 2006. A restart was attempted
> automagicly." email at the same time I get an email for "Cron <[email protected]> /scripts/upcp"

Can anybody give me an idea what could be causing this?
