Everyday between noon and 3 PM; My httpd, ftp, cpsrvd, exim etc are failing.

    i.e.
cpsrvd failed @ Mon May 5 07:55:38 2008. A restart was attempted automagically
ftpd failed @ Mon May 5 08:13:18 2008. A restart was attempted automagically.
    etc

Where do I begin? I cannot login to Putty or WHM during these times

Just my opinion, but it sounds like your server is rebooting.

No i haven't rebooted this server in almost 2 months.

This is the longest down time i have seen. It's now 5PM and i cannot login to Putty or WHM. I keep getting emails about httpd etc failing.

Any fixes for this? Similar problems here. This should probably be in the WHM or backend section for more exposure. Here's a quick log from chkservd:

cpsrvd and ftp seem to fail at the same time, followed by my inability to do anything on the server. If I'm in SSH at the time, the connection goes dead.
