How can i fix this error ?

From the output you have presented, it appears that the cpsrvd daemon may actually be starting, but sending an incorrect response to the service check done by tailwatchd/chkservd.

First try a forced cPanel update:

# /scripts/upcp --force

If this does not help, please submit a ticket. There are various reasons for this type of issue, and it can be difficult to determine the exact reason without direct access to the server. If you submit a ticket, we will log in and help you resolve it in a timely manner.
