This is an email from the service that checks all your cPanel services are running. If it finds a service has stopped it will attempt to restart it automatically. It will keep its eye on things like cPanel, WHM, pop email, chat and several other essential services all automagically

Usually this message follows a cPanel nightly update if they had to restart cPanel to allow a service to accept the changes.

If your cPanel/WHM is up and running then there is no problem as the checking service is working as it should.

If they are not working then issue this command at the shell prompt:
    service restart cpanel

    :)

    1. On how many do I understand in this case the receipt of similar reports normally?

    2. If you can please explain me what is "InterChange" service?

    1. The services that are checked, configured and reported on are contained in directory:
    /etc/chkserv.d

    and in
    WHM/Service Configuration/Service Manager

    2. "InterChange" is a shopping cart service, (E-Commerce Server (Interchange)), installed by cPanel.
It is turned on and off in WHM/Service Configuration/Service Manager.
If turned on in the above Service Manager then it can be turned on or off for individual user packages in WHM/Packages/Feature Manager.
It is used from within the user's cPanel GUI.

    :)

I have this error too and it won't automagically restart.

What is worrying is that if I run the command "service restart cpanel" it says:

    restart: unrecognized service

If I try to access WHM or cPanel it displays the error:

    Invalid License File
    cpanel.net

This coincides with a high security problem in CubeCart released that day and my server is home to CubeCart.

    What should I do?
