I installed cpsupport and can't login to administer it. I can setup a new user, and create a ticket - is there a way I can manage/administer cpsupport like I can with other addon scripts built into cpanel?

    Resolving lack of administrative user

I had the same problem today. I resolved it by going to the login page and registering a user. Then, through cPanel, I went to phpMyAdmin, selected the appropriate database (in my case _cps1), then selected the "Browse" icon under the Action column for the cps_users. I then selected my newly registered user's edit icon (the pencil); here I changed the drop down from "client" to "admin" for the field "class". Click the Go button.

Return to the login page, put in that user and its password. You should now have access to administration.
