cPsupport Email Issues
We have a nice clean install of cPsupport.
1. When someone registers - we get no notice via email
2. When someone enters a ticket - we get no notice via email
3. When we reply via email - the client gets an email
4. When a client replies via email - they get bounce back because it is trying to send to a "department" and not an email
Any help or clue?
