    I recently installed cpsupport and I get a failed cron error message:

    Code:
    Can't locate ../config.cgi in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/lib64/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/x86_64-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib64/perl5/site_perl/5.8.7/x86_64-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib64/perl5/site_perl/5.8.6/x86_64-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib64/perl5/site_perl/5.8.5/x86_64-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.7 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.6 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.5 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8/x86_64-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.7/x86_64-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.6/x86_64-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.5/x86_64-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8 /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.7 /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.6 /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.5 /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/lib64/perl5/5.8.8/x86_64-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.8 .) at /home/xxx/public_html/cpsupport/bin/waitnotice line 7.
    BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /home/xxx/public_html/cpsupport/bin/waitnotice line 7.
    Any idea about this issue?

    I've solved the issue making the /home/xxx/public_html/cpsupport/bin/waitnotice directory the current directory. The command in cron is now:

    Since the command was inserted by cpanel seems strange that this should change.
    Any suggestion by the cpanel staff?

    tried this and it did not work for me. cPSupport is useless without the use of Pipeing

    cpsupport waitnotice cron bugfix

    Dear PPNSteve

    To fix this problem you have to modify the /cpsupport/bin/waitnotice file, at line 7:

    Code:
    BEGIN { require("../config.cgi"); }
    Yo have to replace with:

    Code:
    BEGIN { require("FULL_PATH_TO/config.cgi"); }
    So then for example, would be

    Code:
    BEGIN { require("/home/USER/public_html/cpsupport/config.cgi"); }
    Replace "USER" to your cpanel user domain, and of course the path to this file.

    Regards from Argentina!
