    Cuando responde el cliente a un mensaje enviado por el sistema de tickets este no se actualiza en el sistema, pero si envio un email al mismo email si lo toma y lo agrega como ticket, el problema se da cuando responden, alguien sabe algo referente a este problema? buen dia.
