In my feature list for package I have checked:
"CPU and Concurrent Connection Usage" - but in cPanel I can't see such infromations.

    WHM 11.30.6 (build 3)
    CENTOS 5.7 x86_64 standard

There's your problem. CloudLinux is required for that functionality - you are using CentOS.

I didn't know that CloudLinux is REQUIRED to have enabled STANDARD features in STABLE version of cPanel ?

    Did I miss something ?

Functionality regarding limiting RAM, CPU, entry processes and MySQL resource utilization per-user requires CloudLinux as these are not features fully native to cPanel&WHM. We have worked to take what previously required a CloudLinux plugin and make that into built-in functionality which activates when CloudLinux is detected.
