Are CPU limits working with remote mysql server configured in cPanel ? The remote server will be on CentOS 6.x.

CPU Limits don't affect MySQL at all
MySQL governor handles monitoring/restricting customers on MySQL.
It should work with remote MySQL server., but MySQL server has to have our patches (or it should be the one that comes with cPanel 11.32)

So the remote server should be either: buyed CloudLinux (withiut cPanel) or buyed cPanel 11.32 (without CloudLinux)?
Of course base system will be ClaudLinux with cPanel on them.

    Yes, correct.
In theory -- you can also download our source RPM of MySQL and compile them/install them
And in the future version of MySQL governor -- just use MariaDB instead of MySQL (which we will support -- as it has all the needed extensions)
