crashed Exim

    We are having an upgrade issue as well with one server
    Been stuck using Stable 11.30.6.6 for some time
    Waited until release updated to 11.32 and crashed Exim Had to go back to stable again because e-mail stops

    It looks like you are running a second copy of exim on port 587 and 2500. 11.32 runs on port 587 by default so it can't startup.

    I'd recommend stopping the second instance of exim (the 587, 2500 one), and updating the exim ports in the service manager to include port 2500 instead. This will ensure cPanel knows about the additional ports and you won't have two instances competing for port 587 (with the cPanel controls one failing to startup).

    I have submited a support ticket to fix the.
    I gave them a time slot when this can be done
    For the past week , I get a response at 3am almost every night, should we do this now,
    I am not up 24/7 to respond to this
