Hi,
I just got my first dedicated WHM/CPanel server. I assigned reseller privileges to a domain, and gave it the nameservers for the servers main domain - hope that this is possible as IPs are restricted etc. But when I go to the WHM for that account and clicks on 'Create a New Account' only 3 fields are shown 'Domain', 'Username' and 'Password'. There is no field for the disk quota - only a white box is shown. The following fields are neither shown:
Max Ftp Accounts
Max Email Accounts
Max Email Lists
Max SQL Databases
Max Sub Domains
Max Park Domains
Max Addon Domains
Bandwidth Limit MegaBytes
Cpanel Theme
Also, when I log in to my own WHM for the dedicated server a screen with this message pops up:
&The server was unable to lookup an an A entry for its hostname (servername.domain.com). This is generally because the entry was never added. However this could also be the result of your nameserver(s) being down. If you would like to attempt to automaticlly add the entry&
When I try to add the entry as suggested in the pop up screen, this message is returned:
&Zone domain.com does not exist, a new zone for servername.domain.com will be created.
Sorry, a DNS entry for servername.domain.com already exists, please delete it first &
