Hi
I have recently deleted my one account as it was giving me so many problems. So straight after deleting the account I tried to create a new one and it is giving me this message below:

Account Creation Status: failed

(XID 2874vr) A DNS entry for “example.co.za” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed.

Please remove the dns zone for the domain from WHM, if it exists.

If you are using dns cluster, run the following command to remove the dns zone from cluster too.
/scripts/killdns example.co.za

Hello,

When terminating an account, you need to ensure the "Keep DNS Zone" option is not checked if you want the DNS zone removed with it. Otherwise, you must follow the steps referenced in the previous post to remove the DNS zone before creating it as a new account.
