    Create "A Record" in cpanel?

 I used to be a brunette but now i am grey!
I have just bought a domain reseller deal and needed to create a subdomain and an A RECORD pointing it to an IP address.
    Sounds simple huh?
    Not in CPANEL.

The hosting reseller says do it through my panel.
Um...the only reference to A RECORD is in the templates........
    Ummmmmm..for the whole domain.

The domain reseller says if I transfer the DOMAIN to them I can create to A record through their interface.
Ummmm. After doing that I find I have to rehost through them to do this.
Ummmm. I do not want to use their hosting.

    Back to my own CPANEL.
HOW THE BLOOMIN HECK do I create an A record for a subdomain through CPANEL?
