Create account for web developper

Hi All,
I just need to know how to create access for developper web on cPanel
We have website storing at the provider, so i'am admin on cpanel
The developper need manage files of the website and managing, administring DATABASES

I think he should have access from cpanel web admin, but only for files and databases..
is't correct?
How can i do it please

so how can i give my developer access for his tasks, Myphpadmin, Mysql or dtabases ?

At this time, you would need to give the developer full access to the cPanel account.
