Create an account without using cPanel

1. how creating an account without using cpanel? just use an application that I created
2. how to make a bar like
3. how to create a subdomain using an application that I created

what if using API cpanel ??

Will you be having a cPanel installed at the backend? If yes, you may call the cPanel scripts via some PHP/python scripts and get the job(s) done. If you do not have a cPanel, you will need a guy who is an expert in Linux backend (and who knows how to convey it to a developer). You can create accounts/modify or remove them/ edit configuration files etc. with the help of a powerful scripting languages. Once you have a linux expert and coding genius in your team, things should be lot easier
