Anyone know how to create new mail account uzig a php scrip knowing that the cpanel sit is https://site:2083/cpsess1997680553/frontend/x3/index.html.

How I delet a mail acoount.

It's all related to permission issue whether you want to delete or add emails accounts.
If you can create email accounts then you can also delete it.
