I encourage you to open a feature request if you'd like to see an option to add multiple addon domain names at once:
Submit A Feature Request
Until such a feature is added, you might try developing a custom script that makes use of the following cPanel API 2 function:
cPanel API 2 Functions - AddonDomain::addaddondomain - Developer Documentation - cPanel Documentation
Here's an example of how you might do this (note this particular example is for removing multiple addon domain names):
bulk addon domain removal
