Create multiple subdomains

I need to create a subdomain on all my accounts. cPanel/WHM has any tool or script to do it? I want to use a webmail independent of cPanel.

Such functionality is not built into the cPanel or WHM interfaces at this time. I'm not saying it's not possible in a cPanel/WHM environment, only that there isn't functionality in cPanel/WHM itself specifically designed to create such subdomains.
