Create new account time out - Not a valid user 'admin'

when I create a new account I get the time out error. I update cpanel but error exist.
have you any idea?

Hello :)

Are you logged into WHM as "root" while attempting to create a new account? What username are you attempting to create?

yes I login to whm with root (also tested with one reseller) and create a account with username 'mest' (other user name is tested)
when I restore a cp backup this happend :(

It happens the same, it is a new server, there is no account can not restore backups and create a new account manually the same thing happens to me.

To update, new accounts were created, and a backup was restored successfully. The issue could not be reproduced.
