    Hi,

    my service is running under

i get a painful problem when creating new account.

i create a reseller account for creating new account,

sometimes, when i create a account, all the websites will not run at all,

and i need login whm as root and reboot the httpd,

and the websites will run again later.

i am not sure why it is,do you ever get the same problem?

    thanks

This is a pretty old configuration, why don't you update at least your cPanel ?
    cPanel 10.XX is actually EOL...

When you upgrade cPanel, you are not upgrading MySQL, PHP, Apache or pretty much anything that could cause website errors.

Upgrading to Perl 5.8.8 is recommended when upgrading to version 11. I haven't heard any reports of Perl sites breaking with an upgrade to 5.8.8.

Note, only cPanel 10.8 and lower has been EOL'd. cPanel 10.9 has not yet been EOL'd.
