I am trying to do following

Step 1: Create a cPanel account via API
Step 2: Install a software(Faveo Helpdesk) in the cPanel via API

Can you please help me how this can be achieved?

    Hello @bhanu2217,

The following document is a good place to start when developing with our API functionality:

Quickstart Development Guide - Developer Documentation - cPanel Documentation

The specific WHM API 1 function you'll want to use for account creation is documented on the following link:

WHM API 1 Functions - createacct - Developer Documentation - cPanel Documentation

We don't offer an API function to install custom software applications, but you could develop a custom bash script to install the application and then enable it with the Accounts::Create hook if you want it automatically installed at account creation time. Here's a tutorial with an example of how you might do this:

Tutorial - How to Setup Standardized Hooks with BASH in cPanel & WHM

    Thank you.
