I am having trouble with a user to create a trigger in mysql. The following message appears:

SQL Error: 1227: Access denied; you need the SUPER privilege for this operation

    How to fix?

    Thanks

Are you executing these commands via ssh and are you using jail shell? Also which command are you trying to execute.

If you are using jail shell some commands need to have root access.

In MySQL 5.0.x only superuser can create triggers. Upper MySQL versions fix this problem but are not supported by cPanel.
