create user ftp??

    Ip of my vps server is 1.2.3.4
    and i want to create a user in my vps server
    which can upload and downfile file from 1.2.3.4/~user
    thanks alot

    If the user will not be using an actual domain, simply create a cPanel account on the server with a fake domain. I'd recommend using an obviously fake domain for troubleshooting/account maintenance purposes such as username.fake.

    Keep in mind, you can always access cPanel/WHM via http://IP:2082 or https://IP:2083. When you are using a fake domain, that's the only way you can login to cPanel as obviously fakeDomain.fake/cpanel does not resolve to anything :).
