Good evening everyone,

I'm new to this discussion as to this Forum.
I have a website on cPanel and I don't know how to get a WHM account to access the WHM portal.
P.S: I tried to access the WHM by my website owner account, but it's not working.
It's then obvious that I need another account.

By the way, I want to change my bandwidth limit and I think it's the only way...

Please help me on this as soon as possible.

Hello Redox,

I would suggest contacting your server provider regarding this. It sounds like you are using shared hosting but are actually in need of Reseller hosting, which allows access to WHM with limited functionality.

Thank you Josh for this response,

Now, could you please enlight me more about the whole procedure to turn from a shared hosting account to a Reseller one ?
My website bandwidth is about to reach its limit and I can't wait longer than this...

Thank you.

So, if I understood it well, the Hosting provider is the only one who has got the right to give us the access to WHM ?
If it's the case : Is there any additional fees, do you have any idea about the procedure to get a Reseller account ?

Yes, you contact your hosting provider. Only they can answer your question.
