Created Created New Account - Can't logon to new account

I must admit i am a new user still learning cpanel. But i was able to get this to work before all the problems with auto upgrade and mysql 4.x.26. I did do the suggested upgrade to 4.1.x and now am running 4.1.19 (i am using Fedora 4).

I have since then been able to create new accounts, the problem is i can't logon to the new account.

I have tried:

http://user domain.com/whm

user name and password field comes up. but it won't let me in.

any easy fix? or do i need to put in a support ticket?

BTW, i can still log on to the older accounts created before this with no problem.

any of the above will work

unless you are granting reseller rights to the account whm will not work :D
