Creating a module using API questions

I want to do integrated this module.

please tell me the procedure and give API link of that so I can integrate.

• API Module Function of cPanel I want:
• Admin Side:
• 1. Create Account
• 2. Suspend Account
• 3. Unsuspend Account
• 4. Terminate Account
• 5. Change Package
• 6. Change Password
• Client Area Side:
• Login to cPanel
• Login to Webmain
• Change Password of cpanel
• Create email account.
• Client Side: 1: Disk usage & Bandwidth usage.
