Creating a new account and DNS records

Hi,

Ever since upgrading to the latest stable build "WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.9.0-S58" I've noticed that when one creates a new account from within WHM for an already registered domain name, the DNS which are currently set up for that domain name are being used instead of the default ones. This is a very undesirable effect. How can this be disabled ?

Anyone? Because this is really anoying to say the least...
Now every time I create a new acount, the DNS servers need to be altered manually!!

Hello,

Go to WHM->Tweak Settings and uncheck "When adding a new domain, if the domain is already registered, ignore the configured nameservers, and set the NS line to the authoritative (registered) ones" ;)

Thanks Vision,

Just found this out myself after creating a cPnale ticket for it.
Wish there was some kind of mailing list with "what's new" after a new version of cPanel has been released.
