creating a subdomain

    Can someone help. I tried everything from every source including cpanel instructions on creating a subdomain, still nothing. went to the subdomain section followed it step by step , nothing. HELP

    It's pretty straightforward. In Cpanel 11, just click on Subdomains, make a subdomain, specify what directory (subdirectory of the root domain) you want it located at, and create it. It may take some time. My experience has been that creating a subdomain for some reason takes longer to complete than creating adding an addon domain or parked domain. So if it just sits there and looks like it is doing nothing for 30 seconds, let it go until it comes up and says it is completed.

    If it just doesn't add, you need to get your webhost to look into it. If you are the webhost, then you might need to open a ticket with Cpanel.
