When I'm trying to create an account, it says to me:

I don't know what to do.

I'd go through the WHM setup pages again and see if that resolves it.

If not, I have lines reading like the following in my /etc/wwwacct.conf that may be relevant to you:

    Code:
    HOMEDIR /home
    HOMEMATCH

    roni:

You can simply configure it from the WHM setup page:

Main >> Server Configuration >> Basic cPanel/WHM Setup

The following is the configuration setting that needs to be setup:

    Default Home Directory
    * Enter the location where you wish for new users' home directories to be created. By default all directories matching the "Home Directory Prefix" are checked for available disk space and the directory with the most free space will be used.

    Example: /home
