Creating an email account automatically

Hello everyone,,
I would like to create an email service. I have the domains, the cPanel hosting and the webmail interface, but need a signup form that - Removed - creates an account automatically. This would be preferred to do via cPanel, however alternate methods would be appreciated...

More than likely you'd be able to do this using something like WHMCS - cPanel doesn't provide anything that would allow you to create accounts automatically by default.
