creating backup problem

i want to backup by users, but my cpanel license file is expired.

i tried pkgacct but error : Unable to get user id for user **** at /scripts/pkgacct line 39.

after i tried the /scripts/cpbackup, and error is : can't call method "login" on an undefined value at /scripts/cpbackup line 417, <PWCACHEENT> line 41


what must i do ?
