Is it possible to create custom name servers inside cpanel(not whm)? If yes, Which option to use?

I tried using "Advanced dns zone editor" to add an A record for ns1 and ns2, but they dont show up when i try checking thru intodns(instead the default name servers are being shown).

    please help.

    Hello,

It's acceptable to create the name server "A" records via cPanel. However, you must register and assign name servers to the domain name at your domain registrar. Instructions on this part of the process are available at:

How to Set Up Nameservers in a cPanel Environment

    Thank you.
