creating emails

    I have just set up and moved all accounts to my new server and when i'm in cpanel and I try to set up emails i keep getting
    Account Created

    The e-mail account support@domain.com with the login The disk write test failed. You may have exceeded your quota, or the disk is full. and password ********* with a quota of 10 megs was successfully created.

    and then its not created at all

    can any one help me with this maybe i didnt do someting in my whm and this happens in all my sites on the server to

    Root Administrator
    seems like a quota issue or a permission problem.

    run.. quota setup from WHM, and also an upcp from shell as root.
