Creating New Account Error Account Creation Status: failed

Hello,
This my first using cPanel I have trouble when I create a new account.

Account Creation Status: failed
(XID 25e4sj) You may not create a domain with a name that is the server’s hostname.

Please help

Hello @IAIN Lhokseumawe,

That message indicates the domain name you are using for the account matches the hostname of the server. If you want to create an account with that domain name, you'll need to browse to WHM >> Change Hostname and modify the hostname to a value such as "server.domain.tld" instead of "domain.tld".
