Creating new account failure

cPanel Access Level
Root Administrator
hi
I used the Cpanel & WHM Version 74.0.9
for some users
When i want to terminate account
I seen error :

then ,I want to create a user :

But when I change the user for example : jahanshoddd
Creates the user.

Thank you for your guide

Hello @arshaanc,

cPanel & WHM version 74 is at EOL status and no longer supported. Can you update this system to cPanel & WHM version 76 and verify if you can replicate this behavior after the update?
