Creating resellers using WHM?

Well, I got a reseller before my servers are set-up, it had already come with cPanel and WHM and it also said that I can sell resellers. When I create a new account on it I get 2 package options "Basic" or "Reseller" but I cannot edit either one, they are not listed as packages in the "package" list. I tried contacting support but they are really slow :P So anyone know how to help me?

This is a hosting company specific issue. WHM in it's native form only allows for the creation of reseller by the root user. If your a reseller yourself, your hosting company is using some sort of in house WHM modification.

Ok, thank you for telling me. Just wondering, if I have a dedicated server, how do I make reseller accounts then?
