Cron Daemon email - and now my site doesn't work - please help![moved]

Sorry I might be good on a computer, but I know nothing about this cron stuff.
I got an email last night saying:

Making HTTP connection to members.speakcast.com
Sending HTTP request.
HTTP request sent; waiting for response.
Alert!: Unexpected network read error; connection aborted.
Can't Access `http://members.speakcast.com/amember/cron.php'
Alert!: Unable to access document.

lynx: Can't access startfile

And now no PHP script works on my site.
PLUS, my webhost admin never responds quickly.

What do I need to do to get the site back up, or if I'm in the wrong section where can I go for help.

From the URL you provided, Php is down on your server and you need to contact your host to fix the problem. There is nothing you can do unless you have root access to the server. Good luck!
