cron issues after the upgrade to WHM 11.38.0

execl: couldn't exec `/usr/local/cpanel/bin/jailshell'
execl: No such file or directory

is just a php file to execute and it worked before the upgrade

If this just happened update update from 11.36=>11.38 and isn't happening more then once, its possible that jailshell was not yet updated between the time the update started, crontab was run, and the update finished.
