Cron Job !!

    when i clik add cronjob in cpanel it does even load the page to save the job !!!

    and job even doesnt get saved !!!

    You might want to try another browser just to check if this is a browser issue or not.

    Not working on other browser also , some other functions are also not working !!!


    like delting,compresing etc file in file manger

    here is the trial account !!!

    try adding any cron job or try to compress file in file manger or delte file in file manager !!!!

    There is no need to post details to login to your account on a public forum.

    If you suspect an issue with your cPanel installation, you might ask your host for assistance, or put in a ticket to cPanel so they can come by and take a closer look for you.

    What version of cPanel are you running?

    , i have cpanel account linked with my hosting provdior , they created a ticket for getting my seprate cpanel support account but they havent got any reply for cpanel support staff. !!!

    Please contact customer service for assistance with this type of issue (ticket system accounts). Their e-mail address is cs@cpanel.net.

    If you PM me the ticket number for the ticket that was opened, I can check and make sure that it is replied to.

    My CPanel license is attached to my VPS Providor's id so i cant create a ticket , can u tell me how can i get it dettached ?

    You can submit a ticket

    I would like to mention also that, even though you are not the license holder, as the WebHost Manager user, you are able to submit a ticket yourself. In the WHM, click Main >> Support >> Support Center. Copy the string in the box under Support Access Number. You will need this in the next step. Now, click the second link on the second line of my forum signature. You will be prompted for some basic information, as well as the support access number, which you can paste in.

    There is no charge to submit a ticket to us in this manner.
