After username change cron jobs do not work anymore.

Any idea how to fix it?

It could be that the actual cron entries have the old username in them? Have you checked to make sure there is a cron file in /var/spool/cron/ ? Try doing crontab -e -uUSERNAME to make sure everything is the way it should be.

I know what it could have been.

A while back I changed the username of one of my accounts and later realized my scripts were using paths including the username. Obviously they had to be corrected.
