When I try to run cron jobs under the reseller or end user account it fails, even though the account has access to the directory. I've also got shell access enabled. For example when I run the following command from the root account it works fine, however when the scoast user tries to set up the same job in cron it fails. Any ideas? Since it works as root it's got to be a permissions problem.
