I went to view the existing cron jobs of an account I migrated from another server and I got a fatal error. The strange thing is that it worked right after I migrated the account yesterday, but when I went to adjust it today it gave me an error. Here is the error and details:

[a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive]

Can't locate object method "new" via package "Template" (perhaps you forgot to load "Template"?) at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Template.pm line 45.

Can anyone help?!? Thanks.

We are also seeing this problem. We just migrated to a new server. We are using cPanel 11.25.0-R42400 - WHM 11.25.0 - X 3.9 on both. The crons on the original one show fine as normal.

The crons themselves seem to work, unfortunately for us. (I found this issue while I was trying to delete the crons on the new server so we aren't running them twice!)

I'm seeing the same error here. I'm not sure what info would be helpful. Looks like I did get a cPanel update last night.

Also confirmed in 11.25 R42400. Seems cPanel just pushed out another update (R42401) so I will see if this fixes things. No update to the changelog yet to confirm.

Fixed in cPanel 11.25.0-R42401 according to my testing.

You're right.

I was also facing same issue but it's fixed by updating cpanel to Latest Release.

Thanks.
