    Hi,
I am a newbie here so please bear with me.
The company I purchase my webspace from (sapphiresoft) are not answering my support emails but I would like to runa cronjob but it is not on my cpanel.

Any ideas how I can do this myself?

I have access to the WHM panel as well but cannot find any help concerning this problem.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

If cron job is not in your cpanel, your host has probably disabled it. If that is the case, I don't think you can do anything other than ask them to enable it.

    Go on, have a guess
If you have access to WHM you may be able to enable it depending on how much WHM access you have. If you have a link to WHM > Packages > Feature Manager > and enable the option for crontabs.

If it's not there, your host isn't allowing you to use them. Since they're not answering it's probably time to look for a new host.
