    Good Afternoon Everyone,

I recently contacted my web-hosting company to discuss an error that has arose. Some of my customers have been having problems with Cron jobs. My hosting company was unable to fix the problem and has given hardly any useful information. This is received when the cron is ran: Note: The command line for the cron is 100% correct.

Any help or possibly a redirect is appreciated. Obviously it's time for me to switch hosting companies.

    Thanks!

    Hello :)

That issue will need to be handled by your web hosting provider. Could you contact them and ask them if rebuilding Apache/PHP via EasyApache resolves the issue? If not, feel free to direct them to the following URL to submit a ticket:

    Thank you.

You can also try the following solution

    First

    mv /opt/xml2 /opt/xml2.back

Now run an EasyApache from WHM > EasyApache
    or
    Run it from the shell

    /scripts/easyapache --force

Once easyapache completed check the cron result :)
