    Hello,

My cron jobs on my server don't seem to be running. They're in /var/spool/cron/USER. What do I have to do to make them run?

    And yes, crond is running.

    root@stargate [~]# ps aux | grep cron
    root 27079 0.0 0.2 6184 1160 ? Ss 15:50 0:00 crond
    root 12643 0.0 0.1 6528 648 pts/0 R+ 19:42 0:00 grep cron
    root@stargate [~]#

    Thanks,
    Mini

You need to make sure your cron files have the correct permissions:
    600
    root.username

    Thank you.

Is the cron daemon running on the server? ps -ef | grep cron
