    Cron Jobs not saving

    I'm having a strange issue. When I create a cron job through CPanel, in any of my users accounts, I fill in the information, then hit commit. It tells me that is has saved, however, when go back and view the cronjobs, there is nothing there. If I view the users cron in /var/spool/cron/username, it only lists one line :
    MAILTO=""

    I have already ensured that crontab has the correct permissions:
    chmod 4755 /usr/bin/crontab

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    I've also checked CPanel's log, and there is no error getting reported.

    What is your full cPanel version number? Which cPanel theme is in use? Are you using the actual login + password of the user or your root (reseller) password?
