Cron limiting (Feature Request)

Hi,

I'm not sure how to make a feature request for cpanel so I've put it here.

Currently customers can set cron timings to every minute which can cause abuse of servers CPU resources, it would be an excellent feature if you could set a limit as to how often a customer may set a cron.

What does everyone else think about this?
