Anyone know what to do when cron jobs don't start anymore?
Both the cron jobs run by root and the the ones by users.. they're dead. Where should I start looking? Seems like the cron daemon is down or something :(

    In ssh

    cd /etc/init.d

    ./crond status

    You should see something like

crond (pid 3275 112) is running...

    try doing

    ./crond restart

    Wow!

    That was lightning speed :)
And solved the issue - thanx! Should have searched there but way too much to think about right now.

Seems that crond was down (dead).
